Personal Neapolitan Pizzeria

will soon open up on State Street where the old Taj Restaurant used to be. (905 State Street)

Now...keep in mind...if this is a true Neapolitan pizza joint, the pizza's will be a little smaller, little more "charred", minimally topped, whole pies (no slices) and well, a little "liquidly" in the middle. Oh, and they cook up really fast as the ovens are "crazy hot."
