BYOB dinner at Max's Cucina - July 10th

Featuring Sauvignon Blanc and Dragonette Cellars winemaker, Brandon Sparks-Gillis will bring a selection of their wines to sample and talk about.

Wednesday July 10th, 6:30-9:30pm 
$50/person tax/tip; 
advance reservations by credit card required.
Seating is family style.

Bring a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc 
(extra points if from France!). No corkage fees.

Evening’s Menu 

 Assorted paired cheeses from C’est Cheese 

 Chilled Pea Soup topped with Basil Oil & Crispy Leeks 

 Branzino San Pietro with Marinated Artichoke Hearts & Roasted Sweet Peppers in a Shallot-Basil-White Wine Sauce, accompanied by Savory Corn Fritter (vegetarian option available, please specify when reserving)

 Ruby Red Grapefruit Sorbetto with Italian Cornmeal Cookie 

Please bring a nice bottle of the theme wine for each two attendees in your party, to share with others during the stand-up cheese hour. You are encouraged bring another (different) bottle to open at your table during the seated dinner portion of the eve.
