Flash Floods, Heavy Rains, High Winds

Looks like Santa Barbara is actually going to experience some real weather. Keep your fingers crossed that all that aerial hydromulching in the mountains and foothills works.

I would say welcome to the club but...I hope everyone stays safe but at least it is rain. We had 3-4 inches yesterday and more heavy rains are forecast for tomorrow and the rest of the week. What happened to the drought?
