Hurricane Katrina decided to visit The Big Easy

If Katrina had hit Beverly Hills, how long would it take before everything was rebuilt even better and greener and glitzier than before?
But, considering it didn't hit Hollywood, katrina represents four years of embarrassment and proof of the caste system we have in this country: e.g. if you're poor and a minority, then we don't really care and can't get our act together to rebuild your home in a respectful manner.

Okay, I know that there has been a lot of work done, but not nearly enough!
