Isabella Gourmet Foods

I understand from some people trying to get a hold of them, they need to update their phone #. It's a great idea for a store (small local artisinal)..I hope she does well!

Many products are gluten-free and vegan. Pistachio flour from the Santa Barbara Pistachio Co.Handsome Carver’s cashew butter, bars from 18 Rabbits, and granolas from Ocean Ranch Organics can be found at Isabella Gourmet Foods.

Fruits and veggies are put in baskets spread out in corners of the small boutique, and some are cooled in the fridge to keep their freshness. Chalker said she gets all of the fresh produce from the Farmers Market.

Vegan fudge, ginger-apricot chocolates, cupcakes, pies and other pastries are all brought in from private vendors such as Kelsey’s Anytime Fudge in Ventura, Sugar Cat Studio and Recipes Bakery in Santa Barbara. - Noozhawk

Anchor Woodfire Kitchen

is getting some great press!

Opened in late 2012, Anchor Woodfire Kitchen is a testament to chef Jason Tuley's passion for local flavors and ingredients. Santa Barbara signatures like chanterelle mushrooms, sea urchin and ridge back shrimp dominate the constantly changing daily menus. Also popular are Tuley's house-made charcuterie, ricotta and pickles. And you can't miss the pizza - a wood-burning stove near the center of the restaurant delivers crisp, irregularly shaped pies with a nice, wood-fired flavor.

You can ask any of the staff where your food came from; they'll be happy to tell you. The Anchor website even has a page that lists their purveyors, with categories for farmers, seafood and dairy and meats. - USA Today Travel

Jones Soda

goes for one flavor that only Canadians will be "jonesing" for. Poutine.
Yep. You heard...uh..."read"...that right. Potato, gravy and cheese curd flavoured soda.
“With continued requests for these past flavours and calls to keep coming out with more, we decided to create this new, unique flavour as a nod to our Canadian heritage. With a nice balance of rich, savory gravy over a starchy potato base, and accented with those fatty, cheesy notes you expect in a plate of poutine, we believe we’ve developed the perfect liquid version of this undisputedly Canadian delicacy.” - Consumerist
