Cafe Shell sold?

or somesort of partnership deal? The infamous big yellow sign hanging in the window of Cafe Shell states "Public Notice of Application for Ownership Change" with the applicant "Rose & Chocolate, Inc."  However, Shelley is involved in Rose & Chocolate, so is there a new partnership involved...or new owner?
