This is NOT "Real Food"
The Ethicurean doesn't think it is, either.
Is Xanthan Gum considered "real"? Is Modified Corn Starch? Alpha Tocopherol is said to be good for you, but is it "real"?
If Advertising says something is real, does it make it so?
What is "Real Food" to you? Coleman Farms is "Real Food" to me.
