Are you a Big Cheese with Macaroni & Cheese?
Tillamook is letting you have a chance to be THE Big Cheese....Their Tillamook Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest is back.
The third annual competition will take place at restaurants in Seattle, San Francisco, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver and Portland. Each regional winner gets $1,000 in cash, 25 pounds of Tillamook cheese and the right to compete in the final cook-off in Portland.
The big winner earns the title of "Big Cheese," $5,000 and a year's worth of bragging rights. The Seattle cook-off will take place Sept. 27 at Crave, 1621 12th Ave. Entries for Seattle must be postmarked by Aug. 22 or submitted online by midnight Aug. 26. Complete details: tillamookcontest.com.
