If you have not been to the Garlic Festival up in Gilroy (garlic capital of the world) you are missing a pungent treat. There were two volumes of The Festival's recipes...The Garlic Lovers Cookbook, Volumes 1 and 2 and I see that they have been updated.

If you are wishing to permanently keep away vampires, I highly recommend you head to Gilroy for the Festival or if you can't make it there, obtain one of the cookbooks to give you the full flavor of the Festival at home.

If only I could bring Fabio home. :-(
